The assessment is intended to identify issues before you submit for certification. It covers firewalls, secure configuration, security update management, user access control and malware protection in the context of your in-scope environment.
If gaps are found, you can fix them yourself, use your existing IT provider, or ask Essential Cyber for a remediation quotation.

No responsible readiness provider can guarantee certification. We identify gaps and help you prepare, but the certification decision sits with the authorised certification body.

For a straightforward SME environment, evidence gathering and review are normally completed over a small number of working sessions, subject to timely access to information.
